Handcrafted Collaboration – 

An independent collaboration by SES and independant Cape Town label Sleeper. Locally produced, slow-made garments built for longevity. A limited edition piece that reflects a shared vision: conscious design, local craftsmanship, and creative resistance to mass production.

This is the first of many collaborations for Studio SES—an ongoing series of brand partnerships grounded in shared values, creative independence, and the belief that slow fashion is the future. Together with Sleeper, a Cape Town-based label known for its high-quality handmade garments, we’re introducing a limited edition piece that reflects what matters to us: craftsmanship, intention, and longevity.

 

Both Studio SES and Sleeper operate independently, but we share a vision—to create with purpose, support local makers, and resist the pressures of mass production and trend cycles.Local-first, creator-led, and quality-focused.

 

This collaboration is a statement. Two independent brands carving out space in a saturated landscape. A way to strengthen creative ecosystems, elevate local talent, and build sustainable networks outside of traditional capitalist models.
